Why has my honey crystallized?
Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of high-quality, raw honey. To return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar in a warm water bath and stir gently.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the domestic region usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened jars. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a full replacement or refund.
Can I give honey to my infant?
We follow health guidelines recommending that honey should not be consumed by infants under one year of age due to the risk of botulism.
